Alison Arnfield - Director
Alison is the owner and founder of SACHS. She has worked exclusively in child health consultancy for 12 years following a wide ranging career at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in nursing and management. She moved to a Directors post in commercial healthcare before moving into consultancy. She holds a strong commitment to children and young people.
She enjoys travel, opera, yoga and food in her spare time.

Ginny Colwell
Ginny is an associate who brings a wealth of executive
experience to SACHS. After a career as a Nursing
Director in both the NHS and a commercial healthcare
company, she now devotes herself to consultancy and
coaching and is a trustee of a hospice and a non
executive director of a co-owned healthcare organisation.
She is the coaching lead within SACHS.
Louise Doherty
Louise works as a named nurse in child protection and safeguarding and brings that up to date expertise to SACHS. She has a special interest in providing supervision in safeguarding. She and Shelagh are the leads for training within SACHS.
Gill Earl
Gill was until recently a consultant nurse in child
protection at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children
and brings a vast experience of safeguarding and
child protection to SACHS, including an extensive
multi agency background demonstrated by being vice
chair of a Local Safeguarding Board and work with
the NSPCC as a Senior Training & Development
Consultant. She brings an academic and practical
focus to her work and has extensive links in the
safeguarding community. She continues to work widely
in the sector and is the safeguarding lead in SACHS.
Jane Hunt
Jane is an academic working in child health and in research. She combines work as a senior lecturer with health service research consultancy. Her academic rigour makes her SACHS lead for expert witness reporting and research.
Shelagh Muldowney
Shelagh is a named nurse in child protection and she brings that up to date expertise to SACHS. She is particularly interested in multi agency working and in providing supervision to staff working in the community. Along with Louise she is the training lead for SACHS.
David Watson
David is the SACHS business development manager and provides non clinical support to the Director and the company. |
