Everyone who employs
people whose work brings them into contact with
children or young people should be aware of
the their obligations under Section 11 of The
Children Act 2004 – “to safeguard
and promote the welfare of children and young
people, including the unborn child”.
Whether your organisation is large or small,
public or private, SACHS can assess your needs
and provide an appropriate level of safeguarding
training and awareness that will ensure that
you and your staff have the up to date knowledge
needed to comply with your responsibilities
under the Act.
